If you are thinking of becoming a PeakCare member, as an organisation or a supporter, we encourage you to consider the many benefits your membership can provide.

Each member organisation can nominate a voting member (usually the CEO) and a contact person, who will be responsible for disseminating PeakCare material sent to you regularly. Please ensure that you complete all relevant details on the form below.
All staff are able to sign up to receive our regular eNews bulletins if they wish.

The membership year runs from 1 July to 30 June each year.
