Members
Our members are agencies and services which provide a range of child protection services.
PeakCare's current members range from from large charities providing services throughout Queensland, through to smaller not-for-profit organisations providing services in metropolitan Brisbane, regional, rural and remote areas of the state.
We welcome professionals and community members who are concerned about the welfare of vulnerable children and their families. These may be childcare workers, Police, educators or health professionals.
As part of our commitment to the support and development of member organisations, Peakcare:
- ensures members receive excellent support to deliver quality services in a sustainable manner;
- is committed to excellence in communication with our members through our website, regular eNews bulletins, and all on-line and written communication; and encourages member feedback;
- actively promotes member organisations, their activities and events through our website and regular eNews bulletins;
- conducts ongoing research of issues facing our members; and responds to that research;
- provides regular contact with government, NGOs and networks, and opportunities to take part in networks and forums;
- provides member access to our policy platforms, submissions, reports and research
